Can I cancel a Campaign?

Campaigns can only be cancelled if they're in Scheduled status. See more about Campaign statuses here.
- Navigate to the Marketing section by selecting the Marketing (megaphone) icon
- Go to the Campaigns tab
- Click the three vertical dots next to the Scheduled Campaign, and then Cancel
- Select Confirm to cancel
This will stop the campaign from going out and can be edited to adjust as necessary.
