What are Campaigns?

Campaigns are custom or templated marketing messages you can send to your clients via text (and soon emails or both). They're a great way to engage your clients and inform them of anything important.

These messages can be: 

• Custom
• Seasonal (Christmas, Valentines, Easter)
• Promotional (Discounts, Slots available, Book early)
• Client engagement (We miss you, Regular maintenance etc)
• Business updates (Closed for holidays, Online bookings available)

Although the existing templates have text, they can be edited to suit your needs. 

Please note: The character limit for SMS is 160 characters per text, for plain text characters only. If you include emojis or special characters, the limit is reduced to 70 characters per text. See more about pricing here.

Campaigns can be sent to all customers, or specific segments. These segments include:

• Custom
  • Options to filter on user type, pet type and/or breed
• Highest spending clients
  • Setting a minimum spend within a period specified
• Labels
  • Target clients who have specific system or custom labels
• Lapsed Clients
  • Those who haven't booked in a while, specifying the period since their last appointment
• New Clients
  • Clients who have booked for the first time recently
• Recent Clients
  • Those who have had an appointment recently

In order to send Campaigns, PataPay must be set up first.
