I've lost access to my email, how do I access my account?

Please contact us immediately if you can't access your email. It's important to notify us as quickly as possible to minimise security risks and prevent access to your personal information and data.
Logging in via connecting with Google
Please contact google to restore access to the email. For more information, see Google's guide on how to recover Gmail/google account. If this is not possible, please follow the steps below.
Logging in via Email/Password
When you contact support, please provide the following information:
- Full name (and Business if applicable)
- Email associated with your account
- New email address to be used
- Pet details (if applicable) e.g. name, type, breed, age
- The last appointment you made (if applicable)
We may need more information to verify it's your account, such as any other personal, identifiable information (e.g. address, payment details associated with the account like the last 4 digits of your card or number, or bank account number), but please note we will never ask for passwords or full card details.
The Customer Success Team will get back to you as soon as possible to process the request.
