How do I update information on my account?

You can update your personal details, contact details, and your password from the account settings. There are to ways to get here depending on how you're logged in.

From your account on pata.pet:

1. Click on the Account icon/Profile picture on the top right

2. Select My Account and then View Profile

3. Click Edit Profile

4. You can then edit:

   • Personal information - Profile picture, First name and Last name, Date of Birth and Gender.

   • Contact details - Contact number

   • Security - Click Update Password to reset it

5. Click Save

From your account on Pata Partners

1. Click on the Account icon/Profile picture on the top right

2. Select Profile

3. Click Edit

4. Use the tabs to update:

   • Personal information - Profile picture, First name and Last name

   • Contact details - contact number

   • Security - Click Update Password to reset it

5. Click Save
