How do I reset my password?

Forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password by:

1. Go to the Login screen 
2. Click Forgotten Password
3. Ensure the email address is correct and click Request Reset

A reset link will be sent to the email and you can follow the instructions to reset it.

Update password on pata.pet

1. Click on the Account icon/Profile picture on the top right

2. Select My Account and then View Profile

3. Click Edit Profile

4. Under Security - Click Update Password to reset it

5. Click Save

Update password on Pata Partners

1. Click on the Account icon/Profile picture on the top right

2. Select Profile

3. Click Edit

4. Under the Security - Click Update Password to reset it

5. Click Save
