I'm having trouble logging in

If you're having issues logging into your account, have you checked the following:


Are you using the correct email address?

  • It could be that there are typos in the email you've input.
  • Do you have multiple emails, and perhaps you've used a different email to sign up?


Is the password correct?

  • Much like emails, you may use multiple passwords across different apps. Make sure you're using the right password.
  • Ensure there are no typos - we're all human!


If you can't remember your password, you can reset it - see how to do this here.  Please note that you'll need access to your email to do this.


If you've lost access to your email, or you've followed the steps above and you're still having issues, please

contact the Customer Success Team and they will assist you as quickly as possible.
