Can I book in pets from the same household/client?

Yes! You can make multi-pet bookings for those who want to book in some or all their pets at the same time.
You can do this by using Group Appointments.
Group appointments can only be made with pets under the same client, and appointments can be booked at the same times. e.g. booking in 2 dogs at 9am. Only one notification will be sent for the group appointment, rather than one for each pet.
All appointments that are part of a group appointment will have the paws icon on the appointment panel when looking at the Calendar:
To create a group appointment:
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Click Add on the top right, and select Add group appointment
- Select the date/time slot on the Calendar, under the Team Member performing the service
- Select the first pet and then the relevant service/s
- Click Add
You then have 3 options:
- You can duplicate the same appointment
- Click on the Actions dropdown and select Duplicate appointment
- Select the Pet you'd like to have the same service
- If you want it at the same time as the one you're duplicating from, tick the Parallel appointment box, otherwise, it will add the appointment when the original one is finished.
- Click Add
- Click Save
- Add new appointment(another pet, date/time and service/s separately)
- Click the Add dropdown on the top right
- Select Add new appointment
- Select the pet and the relevant service/s
- Click Add and repeat until all the pets have been added
- Select Save
- Add an existing appointment
- Click the Add dropdown on the top right
- Select Add existing appointment
- From the list, select the relevant appointment
- Click Add
- Repeat the above as many times as necessary
- Click Save
You'll then be able to update the group appointment or update it individually, and have the option to checkout appointments altogether or checkout individually.
