You can access the appointment by one of 2 ways:

Add Notes
- Click the 3 vertical dots above the status dropdown, and right of the date
- Click Add Note
- Once you've input some notes, click Save
Change the date/time
- To change the date, click on the date and select a new date from the calendar picker
- To update the time, below the date click on the time and select a new time slot
Make sure you're not double booking an appointment with a Team Member!
- Click Save
Change the status
- In the side panel, above the client you'll see a dropdown, which usually says "booked" if it hasn't been previously updated
- Click on the dropdown and select the relevant status
- Click Save
Update the service/s booked
- On the Appointment Summary, hover over the summary and click on the Edit icon
- Update any of the following for this specific appointment:
- Price
- Price type (fixed, from etc)
- Start time
- Duration
- Team Member
Only the Team Members that can do the selected service will appear in the dropdown.
If this needs to be updated, update your existing Team Members.
- Click Update Service to save the changes
- If you want to remove the service, click Remove Service. Then, de-select the service on the left that has the checkbox mark, and select the new Service and click Save
Please note: Any appointment updates you make will have an impact on the client, especially changes to prices, duration and times. Please make sure any changes have been discussed and agreed with them first before making any updates.
