How do I add new appointments?

Add an appointment
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu

- Select the date using the calendar picker
- Select a Team Member using the filter
- On the Calendar, hover over the time slot on the day you want to book
- Click the time slot and search for a client
Note: If this booking is for a new client, you can add a new client by selecting Add New Pet, or by taking their details in the client list first.
- Select the client and click Continue
- Select the service and then Continue
Note:
- You can add as many services as you like in this slot.
- If the service isn't appearing, make sure the Team Member is assigned to the service and update them if needed.
- If this isn't the problem and the service doesn't exist, add your service and then update your existing Team Members - Select the Payment method
- Request an upfront payment and how it should be sent
- Request card details and how it should be sent
- None
Note: Any appointments that have payment methods will stay in Unconfirmed status until the customer has input their card details or made the upfront payment
- Optional step
- Select Set Repeating to create repeat appointments
- Select Create group appointment for those with multipets who want to book in one go.
- Click Save
You'll now see the appointment on the calendar!
Please note
If you have multiple workplaces, you'll need to select the correct workplace using the dropdown filter first, before selecting a team member.
