How do I set up availability for Day Care?

You can set up DayCare using the available booking periods on service settings.
How this is done will depend on how you operate your daycare slots. For example, you could have hourly slots, Morning/Afternoon slots (drop off and pick ups) or Half Day/Full Day.
Hourly slots can be set up as one service, with each hour (1 hour, 2 hours etc) being a price option. You would not need to set up booking slots.
However, for Morning/Afternoon slots or Half day/full day, this will work differently. For half days or morning/afternoon slots you can set up one service, and then full days is another.
Here's an example of how to set this up:
Half Day DayCare with morning slot - 8am until 1pm, and an afternoon slot - 1pm until 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday
Full Day DayCare starting at 8am, Tuesday to Saturday
- Navigate to the Catalogue section by clicking on the Catalogue icon on the side menu

- Select the service or create a new one for each
- Click the Settings tab
- Scroll down to the online booking section, and see Available Booking Period, and select Add Period
- Click Weekly Recurring
- Use the Days dropdown to select the days you want this service to be performed (you can multi-select this by selecting the dropdown again).
- In the above case, it will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Select the start and end time
- In the above case, Start time 8am and End time 1pm
- Click Add Period again and repeat for the afternoon, Same days but Start Time 1pm and End time 6pm
- Click Save
For Full days, repeat the above steps, but only add 1 Period with the same days, and Start time 8am and End time 6pm.
