Where do I set Booking Periods?

You can set up your booking periods in the Settings section of your Services.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Catalogue section by clicking on the Catalogue icon on the side menu
  2. Select the service or create a new one
  3. Click the Settings tab
  4. Scroll down to the online booking section, and see Available Booking Period and Unavailable Booking Period.
  5. On either, select Add Period
  6. Select either
    1. Weekly Recurring
If you want this to repeat every week (typically for day care, groomers with set times, weekly group classes, or a weekly course that starts and ends on specific dates), or weekly unavailability for this service.
      • Use the Days dropdown to select the days you want this service to be performed (you can multi-select this by selecting the dropdown again)
      • Select the start and end time
      • Add a date range for courses or want this to end on a specific date
    2. Specific dates
If you have a one-off event that may or may not be repeated in the future, which can also apply to unavailability.
      • Use the date range to select dates and the start and end time
      • You can add multiple periods if it's a one-day or one-off event.
    3. You also have the option to do both specific dates and weekly recurring.
  7. Click Save

Please note: the duration of the service impacts the available booking slot.

For example, if the duration of the service/price option is 2 hours, and you set the window start time to 8am and end time to 12pm, then the available booking times are 8am and 10am.

If this is not showing, then make sure your booking interval is reduced to fit.

Please get in touch with support if you'd like a hand setting this up.
