Can I update group appointments?

Yes, you can update group appointments to do the following:
- Add new appointment to the group (same client only)
- Add existing appointment to the group
- Edit existing appointment within the group
- Remove appointment from the group
- Change status of group appointment (all appointments)
Add new appointment to the group
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Find any appointment in the group and click on it
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Click Add on the top right, and select Add new appointment
- Select the date/time slot on the Calendar, under the Team Member performing the service
- Select the pet and then the relevant service/s
- Click Add
- Repeat steps 3-6 for any additional pets
- Click Save
Add existing appointment to the group
You can add individual appointments or appointments from other groups.
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Find any appointment in the group and click on it
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Click Add on the top right, and select Add existing appointment
- Select the appointment
- Click Add
- Repeat steps 3-5 for any additional pets
- Click Save
Edit existing appointment within the group
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Find any appointment in the group and click on it
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- On the relevant appointment, click on the Actions dropdown and select View appointment
- Make the relevant changes (update the status, add notes, change the date/time, or update the service/s)
- Click Save
Remove appointment from the group
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Find any appointment in the group and click on it
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- On the relevant appointment, click on the Actions dropdown and select Remove from group
- Click Save
This will not delete the appointment, but remove it from the group and become an individual appointment.
Change status of a group appointment
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Find any appointment in the group and click on it
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Any appointments in a group will show the below icon on the panel in the calendar
- Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right
- Now, you can either change the status to:
- Cancel the group
- No show the group
