Can I download the files I've uploaded?

Yes, any files that have been uploaded can be downloaded by anyone on your Team.


To download a file:

  1. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
  2. Click on either the client or their pet
  3. Select the Documents tab
  4. On the file you want to download, click on the 3 vertical dots
  5. Click Download


Please note: Clients do not have access to these files and therefore cannot download them.
