Can I invite clients to register with Pata?

Absolutely, to do this:


  1. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
  2. Find the Client in the list and click on them
  3. On the Actions dropdown, select Invite to Pata


An email will then be sent to the client to register. Once they've completed this, any upcoming appointments will then display in their profile and you'll see the Lata logo on their icon in the Client list. 


Please note: If the client registers either before or after you send the link, but they did not use the link to register, their data will not merge and will not be able to see any appointments made before registering. 

They need to book an appointment via your marketplace profile for their data to sync with your list (and for their appointment to show in their profile if you've already booked one for them)



If you'd prefer to send it to all clients who are not currently registered, get in touch with us and we'll send them all for you.
