Can I add notes?

Of course, you can add notes for:
- Appointments
- Clients
- Pets
All notes are visible on bookings and clients, while the pet only shows appointment and pet notes, you can see which Team Member created the note, and you can only add notes to each from the relevant sections e.g.
For Appointments
- Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
- Find the appointment and select it
- On the Notes tab, you can see all the notes made
- Click Add Note and add the necessary info
- Click Save
Appointment notes also have a link to the relevant appointment the note was made on.
For Clients
- Click on the Client icon (paw) in the side menu
- Find the Client in the list (or search for them) and select them
- On the Notes tab, you can see all the notes made
- Click Add Note and add the necessary info
- Click Save
For Pets
- Click on the Client icon (paw) in the side menu
- Find the Pet in the list (or search for them) and select them
- On the Notes tab, you can see all the notes made
- Click Add Note and add the necessary info
- Click Save
