Can I block out time?

You can use block times to help organise your calendar, for instance:

  • You're expecting a delivery
  • You're in training/meetings and can't take bookings during that time,
  • You're on the phone to a client and need to block out time to prevent the slot being taken
  • Anything else


To add block times:

  1. Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
  2. Click Add above the calendar
  3. Select the time slot to add the block time (you can navigate to different days/weeks)
  4. You can then select:
    • The Team Member it should be applied to
    • The Block Time Type
    • Change the date if needed
    • Start and End time
    • Notes e.g. why the block time is there
    • Toggle allow bookings so marketplace availability isn't affected
  5. Click Save
