Can I remove a file?

Please note: You cannot restore files that have been deleted. If you have deleted something by mistake and need it back, please contact us within 24 hours of deletion.

To remove a file

1. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
   
2. Click on either the client or their pet
3. Select the Documents tab
4. On the file you want to edit, click the 3 vertical dots
5. Click Delete
6. Confirm deletion
