Can I tell my clients that their pet is ready to collect?

Absolutely, you can do this by:
- Find the appointment by either
- Clicking on the Calendar icon on the side menu and then find the appointment

- Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu, select the client and find the appointment

- Clicking on the Calendar icon on the side menu and then find the appointment
- On the actions dropdown on the appointment side panel, select Notify ready for collection
This will then send a message to the client to let them know their pet is ready for collection. SMS is prioritised, but if no phone number is available, it will send an email instead.
