Can I tell my clients that their pet is ready to collect?

Absolutely, you can do this by:


  1. Find the appointment by either
    1. Clicking on the Calendar icon on the side menu and then find the appointment
    2. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu, select the client and find the appointment
  2. On the actions dropdown on the appointment side panel, select Notify ready for collection


This will then send a message to the client to let them know their pet is ready for collection. SMS is prioritised, but if no phone number is available, it will send an email instead.
