Can I checkout a group appointment altogether?

Yes, this will allow the outstanding balance for all appointments within the group without sales to be paid at once.


To do this:

  1. Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
  2. Find any appointment in the group and click on it
  3. On the top right, click the three vertical dots and select Check out group
  4. Double check the services
    • Price & Team Member can be updated here by hovering over service and click pen icon for relevant pet
    • You also have the option to add other appointments to the sale/checkout, additional services and/or memberships
  5. Click Continue To Payment
  6. Select relevant payment method
  7. Click Complete Sale


You can also checkout each appointment individually.
