Can I update/amend receipts?

You can only edit the billing address and contact details that appear on receipts and invoices for all Clients, and will only update on future receipts/invoices.


Please note: This will also update the relevant info that display on the Business profile on Marketplace. If you update the contact details, this will be how Clients will get in touch with the Business.


To update these:

  1. Click the Workplace icon on the side menu
  2. Click on the relevant workplace
  3. Select the relevant tab:
    1. Contact Details - update the phone number and/or email address
    2. Billing tab - update the Billing Address
  4. Click Save
