Can I refund upfront payments/deposits?

Yes, it's at your discretion whether you refund any deposits etc. We always recommend rescheduling appointments, but if this is not possible and the client has cancelled within your Terms & Conditions, you can issue a refund by:


  1. Select the Sales icon on the side menu:
  2. On the transactions tab, select the upfront payment you'd like to refund by clicking on the sale no.
  3. On the Actions dropdown, select Refund payment
  4. Use the dropdowns to select the relevant info
  5. Click Refund
