How do waiting list notifications work?

All clients added to list will be notified confirming they have been added. Then, when a slot becomes available, they will be notified to book an appointment. The clients who are notified will depend on the priority you have selected in the booking settings. See below for the priorities:

  • All - send to all clients on the waiting list
  • First in First out - prioritise clients who joined the waiting list first
  • Highest value - those on the list who has highest value service/s
  • New clients (no previous bookings)
