How do Waiting lists work?

Pata Waiting Lists don't just have to be a list of clients that you can decide to call if someone cancels/no-shows - it's so much more.
You have the option the option of 2 types of Waiting lists:
- Manual Scheduling - book in your clients manually from the waiting list
- Automated Notifications - when a slot becomes available, we'll auto-send notifications to your clients to let them know they can book that slot.
Automated notifications will be sent based on the selected priority (you can only choose one):
- All - send to all clients on the waiting list
- First in First out - prioritise clients who joined the waiting list first
- Highest value - those on the list who has highest value service/s
- New clients (no previous bookings)
All of this is based off some funky stuff that happens behind the scenes such as smart calculations that match the availability, services etc. depending on the priority you pick.
