How do I order a Pata Card Reader?

Please Note: You must have PataPay set up before ordering a card reader. Follow the set-up guide to get started.

Request a Card Reader

1. Log into Pata Partners
2. Click on the Payments icon on the side menu
   

   Note: If you haven't set up PataPay, you can start the process here.

3. Either:
   1. On the PataPay section under Terminal, click Request Now
   2. Or, select the Terminal menu item and click Request Now
4. Follow the steps and input:
   • Payment details to make the purchase
   • Delivery address the card reader will be sent to

Once payment has been received, you'll receive a confirmation email and we'll send out your card reader. We aim to deliver the card reader as soon as possible, but this can take up to 10 working days.
