How do I cancel my appointments?

You can cancel your appointment by:

  1. Click on your profile icon on the top right
  2. Select Appointments
  3. On the applicable booking, select Cancel appointment
  4. Click Confirm to cancel


You also have the option to contact the business directly and let them know.


Please note: Cancelling the appointment will not automatically refund any payments made to secure your booking. If you cancel outside of the cancellation policy agreement made when booking, the business reserves the right to keep the deposit. Please see more on how refunds work here.
