How do I manage and update Pets?

Edit and remove Pets

  1. Navigate to your Client List by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
  2. Find the Client and click on them to open up the side panel
  3. Now, you can either:
    • Click the Edit Client button on the top right
    • Click on the Actions dropdown and click Edit Client
  4. Click on the Pets tab


To edit a pet's information - click on the Pen icon, update the information and click Save, and then click Save again to update the client.

To delete a pet - click on the bin icon, and then click Save to update the changes.


Please note: You cannot recover a pet once it has been deleted. If you delete it by mistake, click back or refresh the page to undo.

All appointments made with this pet will still appear in the Appointment Calendar and Appointments in the Sales section.
