How do I manage my pets?

Your existing pet information can be found under the Pets section of your account. To get here:

  1. Click on the Account icon/Profile picture on the top right

  2. Select Pets


From here, you can add a pet, update existing pet information, or remove them:>


Add a Pet

  1. Click Add Pet

  2. You'll then need to input the following information:

    • Basic info - Your Pets name, Date of Birth, and upload a picture.

      Note: If you don't know your pets birth date, don't worry too much and put in an estimate 
    • Pet info - Your Pet type, Breed, and Gender.

    • Medical & Behaviour info - Behaviours, Medical conditions, and whether they're neutered/spayed and microchipped.

      Note: This section is really important as it tells Businesses everything they need to know about your Pet when booking with them. This then allows them to make any preparations necessary to make sure your Pet is as comfortable as possible and the service goes smoothly, so please include as much information as possible.
  3. Click Add


Update existing Pet

  1. On the Pet you want to update, click on them to open the dropdown, and then select Edit Pet

  2. Update the necessary info

    • You can also remove your pet here by clicking Remove

  3. Click Save


Remove Pet

  1. Click on the Pet you want to remove

  2. Select Remove Pet

    Please note: Once your Pet has been removed, you cannot undo the action. However, appointment history will still be maintained in the Appointments section
