Can I customise notifications?

While you can't completely customise notifications, you can add notes to existing notifications which will be added below the standard text on an email.
Note: Custom notes can't be added to reminders, but notifications only (appointment status updates to clients)
To add a note to a notification:
- Click on the Settings icon on the side menu
- Select the Notifications tab
- Click the three vertical dots on an appointment notification you want to add the note to, then select Edit notification
- Click Next and then on the Email section, select Add Note
- Add the text you'd like to include on the email, then click Add
- Click Save
