Can I customise notifications?

While you can't completely customise notifications, you can add notes to existing notifications which will be added below the standard text on an email. 

Note: Custom notes can't be added to reminders, but notifications only (appointment status updates to clients)


To add a note to a notification:

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the side menu
  2. Select the Notifications tab
  3. Click the three vertical dots on an appointment notification you want to add the note to, then select Edit notification
  4. Click Next and then on the Email section, select Add Note
  5. Add the text you'd like to include on the email, then click Add
  6. Click Save
