How do I set up auto top-ups to Pata Wallet?

Auto top-ups are the best way to ensure a smooth SMS delivery service for appointment notifications, reminders, and PataPay links.


To set this up:

  1. Click on the Wallet icon on the top right
  2. Select the Actions dropdown, then Manage auto top-up
  3. Use the dropdowns to select:
    • The amount/threshold in which the top-up will happen. This means that when your balance goes below the amount specified, it will auto top-up
    • The auto-top up amount
  4. Click Save
