What reporting is available for appointments?

You can see all your appointments that have been created across your workplaces.
To view this, go to the Reporting section by clicking on the Reports icon on the side menu
On the appointments tab, you'll see a table that shows you all appointments, with info such as:
- Appointment date
- The pet and their pet parent
- Workplace the appointment is taking place
- The Team Member performing the service
- Services for the appointment
- Total cost
- Status of the appointment (booked, arrived, started, finished, cancelled, no show etc.)
You can use the date filter on the top right to select a specific date range from the calendar, or use the date dropdown to select a time period.
You can also also apply specific filters by selecting the filter icon next to the date filter, and use the relevant dropdowns to show appointments only for:
- Specific Workplace (if you have multiple)
- Specific Team Member
- Services performed
- Appointment Status
- Appointment price from and to
